Tuesday morning the subscription period for Increasors IPO opens, which is the last change to become a shareowner before the listing. The IPO is public and means that everyone have the right to subscribe and there will be continuous allocation, so early bird gets the worm.
Further spread of shares and capital raising
After the very successful share issuance during late summer, where close to 500 new share holders were attracted, Increasor is now aiming to both honor the early owners from the pre-IPO, as well as spread the ownership further. A capital raising to be able to meet the demands of the market is also a part of the reason. Regarding the owner expansion, the company is already approved for the markets that is under consideration, however it is a big strength to have as much “free float” as possible, for everyone involved.
Increasor gives a warrant for free at subscription
The price per share is put to 10,00 SEK and for each share that is being subscribed, it is also included a warrant without remuneration, which means for free. The exercise price on the warrant in May 2022 is 8,00 SEK, which means that in the start, every warrant is worth 2,00 SEK. Shortly described you pay 10,00 SEK but the value is 12,00 SEK. Decision is made that the warrant will also be listed and become tradeable.
The listing has been put earlier than planned
As earlier communicated, Increasor aims to list the share on a market before summer. The plan has now been reviewed, so now Increasor aims for a listing already in April 2021. The board of directors of Increasor, decided in December to begin a listing process on the market NGM Nordic SME. NGM Nordic SME is a list for fast growing Swedish companies and only a just days ago, the possibility to list on Börse Stuttgart which makes NGM.s offer, more attractive for Increasor. Final negotiations are in the loop regarding the mentors which Increasor aims to hire in the listing process.
