Increasor signs letter of Intent (LoI) with listed Fintech company

On 23 August, Increasor signed a letter of intent with Fintech Ventures SA, which is the main owner of the British fintech company Spoko.app.

According to the letter of intent, the parties intend to enter into a cooperation regarding the marketing of Spoko.app in Sweden and other unprocessed markets and to assist with various corporate service-related functions. The letter of intent, which was signed on Monday, will yield an agreement no later than the end of September.
