Increasor is a web agency that focuses on strategic IT and software development that connects top expertise with customers around the world. For more than a decade, we have gathered enormous experience in IT from various sectors and now help our customers build their outsourcing solutions, high-performance teams, strategic IT solutions as well as privacy programs and data protection. Increasor uses a tailored and unique qualification process to gather and offer only the best available developers and services. The operating activities are largely based outside Sweden with regard to being able to offer a cost-effective alternative to the company’s customers.

AI Leads
Increasor Tech Agency focuses and has its absolute expertise in Business Intelligence and AI Leads. We know what works with tracking, interactive landing pages, and smart marketing strategies. In addition, a platform is used to automatically send out personal emails to qualify a cold lead for a hot lead. In a pilot project for an external client, more than 100 nurses and doctors were recruited, in the middle of a prevailing pandemic, which shows how well-functioning the technicians are.
The market for AI-Leads is huge and according to a forecast from Forbes, it is estimated that it will be valued at up to 128 billion dollars by 2025. The system that has been developed is entirely GDPR-Compliant.
The base in Fintech and Legaltech
Increasor Tech Agency is based on two very well-used terms, namely fintech and legal tech. The reason everyone wants to be there is that there is so much money to be made in these technical sectors. It is also the technology that is by far the fastest with enormous forward growth. Successful platforms in these sectors can often bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in a divestiture and it is also favorable for sectors to seek venture capital as they are considered future products. Increasor has primarily developed systems that involve one or both of those technologies.
Fintech is most simply defined as all IT systems that involve financial transactions, as virtually all IT systems result in earnings in some way, the word has devalued somewhat. Legaltech is technology that solves legal issues, often or almost always there are parts of both in our systems. Something we see will increase interest, with Covid-19, are technical solutions to legal problems as a result of the pandemic. Questions that arise are, for example, how to hold a general meeting in a safe and sustainable way if it is impossible to meet physically? We think it is interesting to solve such problems!
A powerful tool
Increasor wants to be a strong investment partner and help startups and companies with expansion. By utilizing digitalization in our own company with just over 25 employees, we can really focus on a specific partner and for a short period be able to go in with all the resources to give that extra push that a growing company may need. Above all, the customer or partner can focus and recruit strategic key people instead of a marketing department.
Introduction
The Corporate Services business is operated in the wholly-owned subsidiary Increasor Corporate Services AB.
Mattias Ahlberg, who has more than 15 years of experience in Investor Relations and financial communication, is responsible for operations in the business line.
During the pandemic that broke out in 2020, a pent-up need for these services was created when, for example, many listing plans were put on hold given the uncertainty in the market. Increasor is convinced that there will be very plenty of jobs in this type of service in the foreseeable future and already, the business has received the majority of customer inquiries from both Swedish and foreign companies.
You can almost compare the business with a stockbroker with the difference that Increasor is not subject to a license and does not perform services that require a license or licensing. Unlike the stockbrokers, Increasor has access to a distribution chain and advanced fintech solutions to streamline the flow. The management of Increasor has discussed a potential licensing of the business, without having made a decision about it, either through its own application or through the acquisition of an existing business.
Corporate Services offers services in, among other things:

Financial communication
Through the online magazine Finanstid.se, with 80,000 – 200,000 pageviews/day, the company has a strong distribution channel. The magazine has just over 40,000 subscribers who have requested access to newsletters and offers from Finanstid.
The magazine uses its own writers and RSS feeds to maintain a steady flow of relevant content. The magazine has a publishing certificate and Mattias Ahlberg is the responsible publisher.
The number of page views on Finanstid has grown by an average of 34 percent every month from July 2020 to July 2021.
Articles can be created for the purpose of marketing and sold to end customers. Finanstid has a number of different media partners to create a comprehensive marketing machine for end customers. New distribution channels for financial communication are continuously evaluated, both through collaborations and appropriate channels. Revenue flows occur through sales of e-mails, sponsored articles, banner advertising, and other sales of media.

Increasor Accounting was recently acquired and will significantly strengthen Increasor’s business concept by being able to offer customers both internally and externally a vital function. The acquired business is already fully operational with existing customers that will be significantly expanded through external sales and through growth in the incubator business. In addition to handling Increasor’s clients and external customers’ current accounts, Increasor Accounting will also handle the Group’s internal current accounts.
Increasor has high demands on the new business and calculates with more than double the scope during the first financial year. Growth will be generated from both external sales and through Increasor’s incubator operations.
